Justin Barker

Justin has been working in the Construction Industry since the late 1990's (giving away his age a bit there!) and the Energy Efficiency industry since 2007.

In 2022 at the end of the COVID pandemic Justin relocated to his wife's homeland., Spain and continues to consult on SAP and SBEM projects throughout the UK.

David Lloyd

Meet the face behind the name. David has been working in the energy efficiency industry since the introduction of EPCs in 2008. Justin and David have worked together through the years on and off since this time.

Often affectionately referred to by Justin as 'The Judge', David has a wealth of knowledge in producing SAP Calculations and has helped many complex residential projects achieve Part L compliance.
